DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE?
At BG Store, shipping is free for orders of AED 300 and above. For orders of AED 299 and below, a shipping fee of AED 15 will be added to your bill during checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
WHAT ARE BG STORE’S SHIPPING TIMELINES?
BG Store offers fast and reliable delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the rest of the United Arab Emirates in partnership with Aramex. Delivery is typically within 1-2 business days for Dubai and 2 business days for other Emirates. Once your order is ready, Aramex will contact you to arrange delivery at your most convenient time. During sales periods or high-demand seasons, delivery timelines may be longer.
IS YOUR DELIVERY DELAYED?
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, during periods of high order volume, there may be occasional delays. In such cases, you will be notified via email with an updated timeline. If you experience a delay and need assistance, please contact our customer care team. We will respond with detailed information within 24 hours.
HOW CAN YOU VIEW YOUR ORDER HISTORY?
When you create an account on BG Store, you can view your order history anytime through the “My Orders” section of your account.
WHY IS YOUR ORDER DIVIDED INTO PARTIAL DELIVERIES?
To ensure your favorite products reach you as quickly as possible, we may ship items from different locations. This can result in your order being divided into multiple shipments. In such cases, you will be informed, and you can track each shipment separately through the “My Orders” section in your account or by searching your order number and email address as a guest user.
CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot update the address once your order has been shipped, our customer care team will let you know if the change can be accommodated before shipping.
CAN YOU HAVE ORDERS DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We currently do not offer delivery to multiple addresses within the same order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOUR DELIVERY IS MISSING, INCOMPLETE, OR DAMAGED?
If your delivery is missing items, incomplete, or you receive damaged products, please contact us immediately. Our team will resolve the issue with Aramex and provide a solution within 48 hours.
